Being connected with the Science Fiction Group Vienna and member of the huge library Villa Fantastica in Vienna, I started collecting SF and fantasy literature and hence a little library came into being in the Gaia Crystal Retreat.

Indeed, this little library seems to be at leat somwehere at the end of this world… ;)just somewhere in the countryside.
Entoured of buddhist items, crystals and minerals, the collection inhales good vibes. I do my best to select books with rather posirive contents and optimistic outlook. Which means, horrot literature and books about destruction and interstellar wars are definitely in the minority).
But we are proud to offer a meeting place for science fiction- and fantasy-fans who happen to visit the Southern Burgenland. We do not want to realize, however, a daily “End of the Universe”, not even with some picture show or horrifying music. This “End of the Universe” may take place in the reader’s fantasy, but not for real. However, a good strong coffee for visitors is real – or a glass of house made Uhudler wine or juice…
Open to friends of SF and fantasy literature but only after making an appointment. Otherwise not open to the public.
